Why The Book Was Written
Developing an efficient training committee is no easy task. Most of the time trainers can be so overwhelmed with their duties that there's no time to restructure the committee. There's barely time to restructure a practice! I understand this because I've worked on a training committee and have been the head of one. There is far more work than you ever imagined, and you need an army of people to manage the workload. Because I've worked with a very small committee (three to four people), I needed to streamline the workflow so shit got done. Otherwise, we'd have been scrambling forever, which would have seriously diminished the quality of training. This book was written to offer a resource for you, my fellow trainer. I want to make your life a little easier.
